Polylast Livestock Flooring
Antimicrobial Cattle and Dairy Flooring
Polylast SurfaceGuard with Microban® Antimicrobial Technology is the solution for all of your cattle and dairy flooring needs! Polylast Livestock Flooring is a non-slip antimicrobial surface made from 100% recycled rubber combined with U.S. primers, binders, and finishes. This cushioned surface increases comfort and traction, reducing the risk of slipping and lameness. Polylast Livestock Flooring does not freeze in the winter and stays cooler in the summer, making it ideal for outdoor feed lots, watering pad surfacing, feeder pad surfacing, and livestock holding pens. It is also non-porous and infused with Microban® Antimicrobial Technology reducing the risk of mold and mildew making surfaces easier to clean and sterilize. It is perfect for dairy flooring, packing plant flooring, aisle way flooring, ramps and shoots.
Polylast Livestock Flooring is exceptionally strong and durable. The elongation and tensile strength of Polylast is remarkably high making it virtually indestructible and perfectly suited for high stress and high impact applications such as cattle flooring. The Polylast Livestock Floor cushioning effect means cattle are more comfortable and don’t have to constantly struggle to maintain solid footing, reducing pressure on hips and legs that can lead to lameness and downer cows. It’s exceptional slip-resistance makes it the safest option for livestock use, even when wet.
Installing Polylast Livestock Flooring eliminates the need for mats or belting, and reduces the need for straw and bedding, which reduces pathogens, sour smells, cleaning time and effort. Furthermore, Microban® Antimicrobial Technology is infused into Polylast during the manufacturing process to help prevent the growth of damaging bacteria, as well as reduces the risk of mold and mildew.
On an unprotected surface, bacteria can double in number every 20 minutes. Microban® is infused into Polylast to help prevent the growth of this damaging bacteria.
Polylast Livestock Flooring absorbs 40% to 50% of the impact shock on your cattle’s hooves helping to prevent lameness and injury. Even cattle with hoof or leg soreness are more comfortable.
